I have complaint about my mixer grinder, as the jars were not working properly. So they asked us to give the machine to check it and they will return the next day... every second day we went they gave some reasons that its not yet done.today its more than 14 days we went to collect it and asked if its not done also give us our machine and jars.then they started searching and after 30 min they said the mechanic has taken the machine to his home and the jars not yet repaired.we said we want it back but they sad, the mechanics home is about 10 kms aways so they cant give us today then we saw our jars in the office only and asked why the machine which is working properly is out of the service centre. then they agreed the mechanics took the machine to repair others jar but our jars not yet done.and they were unable to return our machine yet.and they were harrashing us ang when we asked it to return they started shouting and mis behaving.then i called mr.sanjib dhar, the owner asked him to solve it.he said he cant and then i told if its not done i will complain but he said this complains wont work.let me take steps.
so hope a svere step must be taken.
