Too much time yet not any solution

Dear sir

i have given my hand set nokia N73 before aproximately 2 months.

the problem - camera was not in the order

also flash light and button 2 in key pad not working.

our lcalized nokia care (green square market, hisar, haryana, india) center firstly given me 3 days than 20 to 25 days than next week again next week to come or to contact but till now, not any single satisfactory result is there.

i dont know how much time they will take to give me my hanset.

please take any respinsiv action .i am going out of country next week.

please do anything
