ACCEL FRONTLINE offers online warranty management service for many companies like seagate, transcend etc. I need to replace my external harddisk of seagate which is under warranty. But before that I need to register myself as a new customer in the website 'http://myservice.accelwms.in/Master_CustomerEdit.aspx' which will provide me a customer id and I need to submit that customer id to the seagate service center. I have been trying to register in the website since last one hour but the captcha just keeps repeating when I press the register button, it wont go forward even when there is no error in the filled form. Its an urgent requirement as the warranty validity of my hard disk will expire soon, accel frontline, please look into the matter.
