Incomming Not working

I had convertedmy mobile from prepaid to postpaid on17Dec.2007. After converting to postpaid, my incomming calls are unabled. I hope that you shall take the prudent action. I had also launched a complaint NO:2107184 on the 3rd, and was told that this matter shall be made withjin 24 hours. I shall be very happy to have a normal service from your side.
