I purchased on Blackberry Storm 9530 from mydala (Order ID - 234750427) in Nov.

Complained to mydala on 6 Mar for below problems in phone:

- Charger is not working from the day one, i am only charging my phone by data cable.

- Camera is not working

- I am not able to connect this phone with my laptop

- Phone hanging and restarting problem

Till date they arranged a reversed pick-up for two times and returned my phone about after 20 days each time.

and there are around 39 conversations till date by email and around 20 by phone but only camera problem was

fixed by him, nothing else was done for other problems, now when i paid Rs. 500 to a local mobile then I am able to connect this phone with my laptop but hanging and restarting problem still exists in this phone.

In Short, after taking so much of pain, this phone is still waste for me.

My recommendation, Not to buy any product from mydala.com, because they have all products from Grey market, local vendors or from china so there is no warranty by the original manufacturer of the product... e.g..

if i go to blackberry with this phone they simply said, this is not sold by us so we can not repair.

If i had paid little more, then i am sure, i can avail services from the blackberry.
