I had a very serious complaint regarding my handset N-73,
On 15 Mar I visited Nokia Service Centre at Thane Add: Jain Building, Nr Tembhi Naka, Thane West, the very first day they checked my battery and confirmed to me that battery is good condition and problem with the handset, they kept the handset for nearly 2 weeks and they called me saying your handset is ok and you can take the delivery, after taking the delivery with in the span of 1 hour it got restarted for nearly 5-6 times and 2-3 times switchoff, again I have to hand over the handset to the centre for further observation. Again after a week they called me saying you cell is repaired you can take it but this time I checked in the service centre itself and same problem exist, after some time they are giving me the diplomatic answer as “Your battery is faulty” this is ridiculous on the part of Nokia that after 20 days they are giving me such an childish answser,
It is clear that they could not repair my cell and they are giving me such an excuse I took the mob with me and check with my friend cell, I inserted my battery in his handset N-73 and to my surprise it was working fine for 2 days with out any problem (No switchoff /Restart)
Due to work schedule I was out of Bombay for 4 months and that was reason I could not get in touch with you guys, Can some one please look in to the issue on high priority
