Not geting mobile and bill already paid on 6-dec.2010

Sir,

I booked mobile handset blackberry sprint 8830 CDMA/GSM on 6th december and the bill amount paid on the same day by union bank debit card.

I contacted naaptol customer care several times and only getting answers-that you will get the mobile in 8 to 10 days, but yet i didn't got the same.

I told to customer care executive several times that Give me the delivery of mobile or refund my money (call recorded) otherwise i will complait againt your company, but it is not happening from last 5 to 6 months.

I also told to customer care executive several times that Give me the delivery of mobile or refund my money otherwise i commit to suicide because of your mental harashment and they promise me each time that i will get delivery of mobile very soon, but yet the matter is not solved.

Please look into the matter seriously and do needfull at earlist.
