Products are not worthy and not giving refund

Dear sir,

I have returned Big home silai machine: My order no. was 3782600.

The product is very compact but it has many problems like follows:

1) it does not stitch continuous.

2) needle breaks very frequently

3) thread also breaks in between stitches every 3-5 minutes.

4) also it is not stable while stitching due to very light weight.

I need complete refund for the same. Even Naaptol customer care was promising that they will give refund. I have name of all customer care executive i talked with.

Product is dispatched thru bluedart a/c no. 113260 with docket no. 13529331001. it was delivered on 15th June. i have confirmation of the same. still Naaptol is claiming that it received on 26th sometime or 28th sometime.

Still I have not received refund. Please do the needful to help me.
