Naaptol / Branded electric roti maker
Non-refund of cash by naaptol against defective roti maker product

I have order a rotimaker from naaptol with order no: 4255588 in which I got a damaged piece, so I have returned back the roti maker to the sender, as I got from atharva infracomm india ltd, mumbai. It has been almost 1 month and I called customer in which they are not responding properly. Please provide my product or return back my money.
