As I order the blackberry mobile 8110 on 8/04 through Naaptol site with my credit card and the same had been confirmed on next day by the naaptol representative that the amount received by them confirmation no. 1606083 and they also promised that the delivery of my product will be reach to my address within 8 days. But my surprise is that the product is not yet reached and over and above I try to call them to find out about the delivery status but there is no direct representative to answer about my query the customer no. 9223516148 which is only automated message centre. I lost the hope about the company and I need to get my money refunded.
