I ordered the beats on tour by dr dre earphones from NAAPTOL.com on January 1st. I was out of town and the order was delivered to my home on January 11. I opened the box, they turned out to be completely fake. They are not like they look in the picture and the quality of the products is not to specification. I called customer care and they said that the complaint cannot be registered as its too late.
Please help.
