It seems that you (Naaptol) do not reply on the chain of responses hence I'm submitting a new complain. I complained about the defective products received from you i.e Blackberry 8830 with Broken Card slot (which I fixed and is now working), a Dead Polo watch and Blue tooth earpiece, and no charger attachment. Also, Im not getting the discount of 23% on my monthly reliance bill for a year
As per my conversation with Saddam from Customer Service he informed me that THE 23% DISCOUNT OFFER ON RELIANCE BILL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, AND YET IT IS BEEN ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE (This is UNFAIR! you are cheating customers as the offer is still on the website today. I told him that I just want to avail the offer and the gifts replaced as the phone is now working however, He advised me to send the handset back with all the defective gifts and a refund will be processed. I WOULD WANT A RETURN REPLY HERE ASKING ME TO DO THE SAME SO I COULD BE ASSURED THAT I WILL GET MY REFUND.
