Damaged product

I ordered car USB with digital FM accompanied with car vaccum cleaner and 2GB pen drive, i received damaged car multimedia player with no order number on the packet and the helpline is not doing anything for redressing my complaint. Naaptol.com is a fraud, some legal action should be taken against it.
