i am mohd mehraj ahmed. I have ordered purchase of Mobile Phone model Boss e Phone 3300 through Naaptol. Order No. is 326480 Dt. 24.04.2010. I received delivery of said mobile phone on 26th April at 5.25pm.
My Instrument has got one-way communication problem. 26th APRIL-
I called to customer support department on 9223516148 on 26 the April. Representative (Customer support executive) asked me to go and visit at Mobile Service Center, if they asked for service, don't give piece for servicing, call us back. I called back to Mr. forget the name on 27th APRIL, he told me that, you will received call from our office within 48 hours and they will give address for which you have to courier above said defective piece.

After that I called them and sent them mobile phone by DTDC courier AWB NO .V02827103 in this my lose is RS 5000.. They sent me again defective handsets. Now what I do? I am a student and i have not more money. Please help me
I feel very sad about this, new mobile phone getting this trouble in just two days!!
I mailed to which I sent on same. As on date I didn't receive any reply against this mail. Even I didn't get any call from Naaptol side.
Every time I called, I got reply that System is down, call after half an hour.
Till now I spoke with five different persons namely -
1) Mr. Sayeed Shaibad
2) Anil Ghode
3) Lalit Nalawade
4) Sabin Shekh
5) Forgot name - one lady.
