given order no:- 3245243 (19 Jan) blackberry handset from naaptol. they provide me the handset bt its not working till now i had putt en up the complaiNT in naaptol on 21 Jan as per there rules company take 48 working hours to do the needful about the handset but till now i haven't receive any call from them and my amouNT of rs 6000 is wasted NOW and mobile is NT working since i had taken mobile to reliance customer to take the Sim card because they provide me the cdma mobile bt i had applied for the gsm one. till NOW nothing was done from the naaptol and other company through which they provide me blackberry.
Pl see the concern as soon as possible i need my money back with the herasmeNT charges from the company as well. NOW i doNT require the mobile from them.
Pl do the needful as soon as possible
