DEAR SIR, WE ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE RELIANCE SERVICE. OUR LANDLINE IS NOT WORKING SINCE 10 MONTHS FROM LAST MARCH THOUGH WE ARE GETTING THE BILL. WE ARE NOT EVEN TOUCHING THE PHONE YET I AM GETTING THE PHONE BILL. WE TRIED TO COMPLAIN SO MANY TIMES BUT NON OF THEM IS READY TO LISTEN . I WANT THAT THESE BILLS SHOULD STOP COMING CAUSE WE ARE NOT USING THE PHONE SO PLZ STOP SENDING US THE BILLS.I HOPE U GO THROUGH THIS PROBLEM N TRY TO SLOVE IT AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
