I received an email on 02.09.2009 from rediff for refund of money vide order no 5581005 (mobile battery black berry) was cancelled.

Hence while approaching to rediff custmer care no body giving proper responce to me. Several times I tried to contact to reediff but no positive feedbak to me.

I hereby request to arrange to refund my money Rs 983/- against cancelled order no.5581005 (as email by Sh Prashant Hirve Cusomer care Rediff Shopping on 02. nov)

I request to rediff shopping to refund money as soon.
