I visited the next showroom on 5th nov in baroda at pratham plaza. I selected a VIDEOCON REFRIGRATOR of 300 ltrs which is known as ECO COOL PLUS which is the only piece in videocon available in that showroom in titanium colour. The executives told the price on 05th nov as 15990/-for that particular fridge plus they offred me cash back in the from of scratch card.
They also informed me that if u will come on 10th u will get more range and offers. So I visited today and I asked them to give me the same refrigrator which i saw on 5th nov that is videocon 300 lts the same titanium one which they had in their showroom. They quoted me the price as 16400/- where in all other fridges were having the same price as on 5th nov only the price of videocon has been changed. When i asked them why it is so they told me as " The prices of these goods changes everyday online" so we have quoted u today's price which is impossible how come electronics goods can be traded as gold and silver or stocks.
Secondly they never told me for the assured gifts offered by videocon. When I read there leaflet they told me u can have only one thing either th scratch card or the assured gift which is again false as Assured gift is offered by videocon and the scratch card is offered by next which are the two diffrent companies.
When I called up today the customer care number of next which is of mumbai those people informed me that its ur right to have both the assured gift as well as scratch card. secondly the showroom people are now lying that we have quoted the price of silver colour fridge which is totally wrong because that colour was not at all available and even they never discussed about that colour.
Pls give the solution as soon as possible as I feel we are cheated badly by these people
