To somebody who cares to listen customers Grievances,
We had purchased an LG AC (1 Ton) on october 3rd 2011 (BILL NUMBER 005536 Next show room Valsarvakkam. At the time of purchase, the promise to deliver on the same day and install it the very next day before 12:00 in the afternoon.
1. AC was not delivered on the same day
2. It was delivered the next day and the Piece was a damaged one.
When we complained to LG they said Next showroom folks will replace it with a new one on the same day. When we contact NEXT, they first hesistated and then promised saying they will send the new unit before 06:30 on the same day. It did not happen and then we contacted them at 06:30 and they said its on they way (Near vadapalni). It never came till 08:30 PM and Not a single person had contacted us. When i dropped into the show room, all the show room folks were so RUDE and said they cannot do anything. Even when my WIfe called them, they were so Rude that she was mentally disturbed. THE REASON WHY I HAD ASKED FOR THE AC ON THE SAME DAY IS BECAUSE MY MOM WASNT WELL AND SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE THE HEAT. DOCTOR HAD ADVICED HER TO BE ONLY IN THE AC ROOM. TODAY IS 6th of OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVENT GOT THE AC AND NO ONE HAS CONTACT US YET ABOUT THE DELIVERY. I JUST CALLED THEM THIIRTY MINUTES BACK AND THEY SAID IT WILL COME ONLY BE 4:00 PM TODAY AND HUNG UP THE CALL ABRUPTLY. THIS IS HEIGHTS AND I NEED A COIMPENSATION FOR THIS MENTAL HARRASEMENT
