I just purchased Nikon coolpix S3100 model on 16th of jan from sec 22 chd, and day before yesterday i was trying to charge my camera but i was facing the issue that once i connect the charger with camera than charging light blinks for 1 or 2 min after that it goes off. I called to your customer care and from them i got the address of nikon service station address which is in chd sector 34 by the name of modern electronics.
and they checked the camera and they found that there is a issue with charger and they said that in warranty period they dont cover the charger but is told them that this is a new one and i just purchased few days back and they said that they cant do any thing because accessories are not covered and they said that they will send the mail but they are not sure will it be replaced or not. I purchased first time Nikon product and this is one of the my bad experience with this kind of well known company. In case if you are sending the accessories with product than it is assumed by the customer that these accessories are properly checked by your technicians and if we are getting the issue with accessories than you need to replace it. In case if there is any kind of damage on charger than i can say that you guys cannot replace it but there is not any kind of damage and you guys should also consider that this is recently purchased by me. I dont know one cx how much matters for you but i want the best response from you guys.
