I bought a NOKIA 6303 mobile phone on the 7th of November. Initially it was working properly after sometimes it started malfunctioning, when I dialed and received any call I can’t hear the voice without loudspeaker and mobile gets hot while talking. I went to the NOKIA care center on the 5th April (Noika Care near Triple line, Neelam Bata Road, Faridabad) to lodge a complaint. First, I requested them to get the mobile replaced as it was a faulty device from the company. However, they insisted to get it repaired. after repairing the mobile, problems remain the same They kept the mobile for 1 day and I got it back. I thought the problem to have been solved. But, the same problem cropped up again. Today is 13th April and the same problem started. I had to waste a substantial amount of time for this issue. Due to this, a sum of 600 Rs. has been deducted from salary in order to compensate for the time I lost.
I have written this complaint with a sheer hope that you guys can help me out of this. Either I want is to get my mobile replaced or refund my money the amount of 6800 and not repaired further.
