Lost of mobile

I Sanjay Mathur, i have nokia mobile handset its product name. Nokia 1209, IMEI: 359339026200229, item no. 002F1G4. Today i have lost my mobile in my office. My office is located in Bapu Nagar, Jaipur. I have lodge a police complaint also in our zonal police station for blocking the sim. Now I want to block this handset also. Plz take necessary action on my complaint soon.
