No street leights

Now we are living in sec c1 346 & 345, last 1, year, there is no street lights in our bucket c1, near dehtora,

As per ur light-man he wants money to repair that street lights but we avoid them,

If some incident happened with us due to lack of street lights, then who will responsible for that??? of course u n ur authroty...
