The aforesaid mobile handset had purchased from authorised Nokia Dealer (Nokia Pirority) at Dwarka sector - 11/12, Delhi. on 1st week of June. Within couple of days I absorbed that the battery back-up was not performed well and stayed just one hour and less. I had taken to authorised service centre at sector 4, Dwarka and changed the battery on 11/Jun, though performance of battery gives just 80-90 minutes back-up and the bluetoothe also not functioning since then.
On 14/Jun I tried to contact Nokia customer care directly and informed the status, they directed me to go to the same service centre again. I asked the customer executive to provide reference number and they refused to give for my complaint. Now there is no record for my telecon with the customer service.
I really disturbed their poor service and mental harassment despite of I'd spent hard earned money on the handset.
Nokia is spending lots of money on their advertisement to attract the customers, though their irresponse attitude is unacceptable.
Hope the company will look into this matter seriously.
