NOKIA 2700 c
Nokia Mobile Battery Backup is 10 minutes only

I have enjoyed Nokia products for many years but right now i am facing problem with my new Nokia set (Nokia 2700, IMEI : 352019048184893), the battery back up is very poor it is giving me only 10 minutes when compared to the specifications given for this model is 360 minutes.

I bought Nokia 2700 on 2 nd Jul at the Mobile Store limited, GF, Home PLAZA, Main Road, Hyd-04064548763 / 64.

I would like to replace this set, ASAP.
