Respected sir,
I m using Nokia 2700 classic from last 7 months. A software problem occured in my handset. On 29th of july I submitt my mobile in nokia service centre for software upgradation. On 30th of july i got it back. After 3-4 hrs its display disappears. At 30th evening i got a computerized call from nokia care, i have marked all the services given by nokia care were very bad. There is no reply from nokia care on that issue. On 2nd august i once again submitted my handset to nokia care they said they will tell me next day about the condition of display. I got no call from them.
one day later on 3rd august I called them & they said "abhi pata nahi 2-3 din baad pata karna". I once again called them on 5th august, they said the handset can not be repaired in warranty. then i myself went to the service centre & they said "200 rupaye dedo warna 1150 rupaye lagenge n warranty alag chali jaegi". When I refused to pay the bribe they abused me & talked me in a very rude language.
They said "jo karna hai kar lena kuch ughad nahi paoge".
I was shocked by this behaviour from the employee of such a great organiztion. after returning home when I told my father about the incidence, he said file a case in consumer forum. when we have chat with our solicitor, he said to mail nokia care & see their reply & then file a suit in forum.
I live in lucknow & i have submitted my mobile in nokia care situated in hazratganj
