Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Nokia 5030 Graphite express model on 5th Nov.2010.The Emei no is 353416046612827 it looses it's display after 45days, On 30 Dec.2010 I gave my cell to Authorised Nokia care MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36, GURU NANAK PURA RADHU PLACE ROAD, OPP.V3S MALL LAXMI NAGAR Delhi-92, they repair it and told me that it was Display problem (water lodging)& they have replaced it and charged me 650/= for the same despite warranty period.
Next day it shows the problem again it looses its display, i went to nokia care for the same on 4th Jan they repair it when i received it on 5th Jan within half an hour I found the same problem so I again return it to aforesaid nokia care center. They delivered it to me on 25th Jan and said that they changed the display again.
Again I face the same problems so deposited there and set was received by me on 9th Feb. I again gave it to nokia care 0n 15th Feband waiting for the rectified device.
I am very harassed by the nokia care's response. This has resulted in to a great loss to me as by the time, I feel a grate difficulty to have conversation with my counter parts and my honorable seniors. Now I am feeling that this peace/model has its individual problem & I want to change it. Please take a positive action for it neither I wouldn't trust on Nokia products.
