My name is harshbardhan patel & i bought nokia 5130 phone on 23rd of january. the imei no. is 359355034416292.. from the day i bought this fone it was a kind of giving invitation to tensions.. the next day i had 2 submit fone 2 nokia care because RELIANCE sim was not working..i got my fone aftr almst 10 days... d fone was hanging continuously..& on 18th of june it hanged badly such dat after inserting d battery d fone was getting restarted or being off... auto start & off ..
i was at my native place in saharasa..i submitted my fone in nokia care again & got it back on 3rd july bt then again it was not working nicely... after taking fone again 2 nokia care they told that software upgradation is needed & when they tried it upgradation failed & it was told dat u better submit d fone 4m which city u have bought.. as i also had 2 return back 2 chennai i did the same..i have submitted my fone 2 VETEE COMMUNICATIONS, adyar having JOB SHEET NO.- 7972.. its still in d service center.. u only tell me within 6 months if these many problems will occur wat will happen to the customers..i m a college student & for me it is very difficult 2 run so much behind fone.. for abour a month the phone has been lying in nokia care only..
tell me if there is any way 2 get the fone replaced or exchanged..
