NOKIA 5130 C
SCREEN PROBLEM

I have purchased this mobile phone with 1 year warranty on 06/09/09 from Nokia priority dealer, Jharsuguda, Orissa. And on 25th of December i noticed there is crack in screen and when i show it in Nokia care centre then they told me that it doesnot come under warranty and asked RS 1350 for its rectification. In addition to it, i was not only victim but two of my friends also faced the same problem and infact they also bought it from the same dealer. So i think the whole lot was defective.
