Nokia 5200
Warranty issue

I have purchased one Nokia 5200 from Vishal Mega Mart Oultlet -Karol Bagh on 3/1 . now on 2/12 i found a prob in my set that its speaker and mic both are not working. On 3/12 i walk into Nokia Care at Karol Bagh their executive told me that its out of warrnaty in February (means in one month of purchase) they ask me to bring bill. next day i visit with bill their reply is same. They also told me that Vishal can't sell their product if they sell they will avoid warrnaty. in this customer is facing problem. If this product stop by nokia in februart how how vishal sale the out of warranty product.

Then visist to Vishal Mega Mart on 5.12.2009 they told me that this product warranty is not updated by their vendo. Vishal executive do the needful and revert back soon. Till date i am calling Vishal executive they told me that we are doing our best.

Request you to please close this issue already long time has passed.
