FACING CONTINUOUS PROBLEMS since 1 year.
Sir,
Like others I am also facing these problems please confer
1--A big-big battery backup problem; since i bought which with a talk or no talk withstand hardly
4-5 hrs.
2--While clicking photos more than 3-4 continuously it hangs up and restar automatically.
3-- While listening to music if i unplug the headset, then it hangs or i can't hear any voice.
Same occurs while recieving the call amid listening to music.
4--Even after the restart u have to give it 7-10 mins to get everything up, or by mistake if u push any button it would hang up again.
5-- My bluetooth and radio is not working just after 2-3 months of purchasing. after switching on the bluetooth it will keep on display switching on bluetooth for an unknown unlimited time, and to get away from it if u press the red button it'll hang up. But the bluetooth'll never ever start.
REMEDIES I TRIED.
rather then going and nagging to Nokia care (as i thought this may be a simple problem keeping in view my great faith and belief towards nokia mobiles) I tried to handle it myself.
1-- I restored factory settings twice, which erased my every msgs, but of no use at all.
2-- just 6 days back I tried software updation through nokia official website and installed the latest version available, but instead of resolving the problem it got worse then before. Bluetooth and radio problems are same but the hang up problem has increased up to an unbearable extent.
Now i can click only one photo at a time; to click 2nd photo I need to restart the cellph.
My dear belief and blind faith on nokia mobiles is changed to hatredness against there products.
I want a replacement as the phone is unrepairable. Please action.
