New Handset Nokia 5233 not working

I have received yesterday phone from Nokia Care shop in afternoon which was given for repair. The details are as follows JOB SHEET NO: 653504867/100827/28 Date: 27/08/10 The problem still continued without any solutions. Rebooting and phone getting switch off has re started. Earlier twice I had given to repair at nokia care center, Valsad but problem continued in spite of nokia care people calming that phone was repaired.

Yesterday evening once again i have given for repair JOB SHEET NO: 653504867/1008907/73 Date: 7/9/10 . They informed me that once again they will send Delhi nokia care to repair.

Purchase date : 9/08/10

I am tried and sick of going to Nokai care for repair of new phonw which i have purchased 1 month back. I have hardly used 6 days remaining days lying with Nokia Care.

I have also registerd complaint with Nokia care twice but nothing action action only mal reply that it will be done.
