On 22nd august i went to nokia service center, sonepat regarding my nokia 5250, as its display was faded and non functioning of hansfree jack. I submitted my handset to nokia on 22nd august and they said we'll not repair ur phone and will give u NOKIA5233 against it.but i want my handset to be repaired back or a new 5250 against it, i dn't want 5233 as i purchased my handset for 7800 rs and market price of 5233 is just 5700rs and my 5250 is still with the nokia service centre, i have nothing with me. So, i want fair justification, either return my handset by completely repairing it or providing me new 5250 against it and if nokia fails to repair mt handset then provide me other handset of 7800RS as it was the money paid to NOKIA at the time of purchase.i would be thankful to you.
