My self SANKALP PANDYA FROM AGRA, I have nokia 5610 mobile phone, This is my 5th complain to you, FROM NOKIA SIDE SHAMSHAD BEGHAM [NOKIA CARE] send me an email contains that YOU[SANKALP] SUBMIT YOUR HEADSET TO NEAR CARE CENTER.

BUT MY PROBLEM IS REGARDING HEADPHONE, & YOUR AGRA CARECENTRE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT IF YOU SEND HIM AN EAMIL TO THIS MAIL[[email protected]] ORDER HIM TO SUBMIT MY HEADPHONE, ONLY THEN HE WILL TAKE MY HEADPHONE.

BUT THIS IS MY FIFTH COMPLAIN BUT NO ACTUION IS TAKING OVER ANY OF MY COMPLAIN.

KINDLY TELL ME NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO? AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
