I purchased my mobile on my 1st salary against all odd. With me cousin also taken. From that day I have taken it, 'm become a regular customer to Nokia care. Every time i go there they ll update to latest version and reinstall the O.S by this old problems remains the same new features n problems added on with the patches. Still the phone is too slow and hangs a lot. Yesterday I went to Nokia care to extend the warranty, they told its already over by 6 days n out of warranty. I requested them and also called Customer care to extend the warranty but they rejected. There is hardware problem for the mobile but care people never accepted it, now 'm unable to use my default headset 'm really fed up. I sold the other mobile because of this reason and resale value is 2000. Day after day slowly every function is stopped working. Think my mobile break down period is 1 Year. At no point of time whether Nokia tried to know its customer satisfaction and never contacted me. Is there a way the Nokia trusted? It hurts a lot something when you take something from the heart, please don't fool customers. If I mail Nokia I never don't get any reply. 'm fed of up of running behind Nokia and using this mobile. Please advice.
