I bought a Nokia 5800 in the month of february. Now I am expereiencing an issue where the screen becomes scrambled and fuzzy and cannot see anything on the phone. I was on the website and found that the people who bought these phones in the first batch are facing this issue. There are numerous blogs on this and so many complaints by customers. Now that I am 2 months outside the warranty period, Nokia care is asking me to pay for service. If this being a known issue and a manufacturrs defect, why should the consumers pay for this?
i have been a big fan of Nokia and now I am seriously contemplating switching to a diffferent brand if my issue is not resolved to my satisfaction
