Malfunctioning of handset

Dear sir,

i am very sorry to inform you that i had purchased a nokia 5800 express music on 14/08.

I am facing some hardware related problem as the technician say right from the day I purchased it.

For the same problem i had gone to nokia priority 2 times but they are unable to sort this problem for me even after taking a month for the same problem. The name of that shop is mahavir elec., nerul, Navi Mumbai.

I am sending you the details of the phone, please see if you can do something in this regard asap.
