My name is Ashlesha Waghmare. I had bought a nokia 5800 Express music last year in October form Nagpur.
It got stolen from Lifestyle, Oberoi mall, Goregaon East. The customer care there had been useless as they spent hours in watching the CCTV and still no use.
They couldn't help me find my phone and made the matter worse by not allowing me to see the CCTV myself. Had they allowed me to look at it, I might have been able to recall where I had put my phone.
