Nokia 5800 xpressmusic phone
Black shade on top most part of the screen

I recently bought nokia 5800 xpressmusic phone from Univercell. It has been three weeks now since I had bought it. I noticed a black shade on top most part of the phone (where the time and network are displayed).

I'd like to know what is causing this problem and how can I get it rectified.
