Nokia 6303 classic
Camera on standby

I have a nokia classic 6303 bought less than a yr back unfortunately the camera remains on stanby. on contacting the local care centre i was informed that there is water in my cell.i was asked to leave my cell.however after a few days they informed me that some part had got spoiled and returned the cell.can u please tell me what & how i, m supposed to get my cell repaired
