Lost the mobile handset nokia 6600

I have lost my mobile Model : 6600 and EMI no. is 359365004675124. Is it possible to block the mobile? If so, Please block it and let me know and we are reqeust to receive the complaint and to take necessary action against the this handset and to be provide any possible block or indentify the my mobile as early as possible.
