QUALITY CHECKED DEPARTMENT BECAUSE I BROUGHT 6700 S WHICH IS GIVING PROBLEM WITHIN 19 DAYS
USELESS LOCAL SERVICE CENTER BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE PROPER POWER FOR BEST N FAST SERVICE TO GIVE VALUBALE NOKIA CUSTOMER.
THIS IS SURPRISE TO KNOW FROM CUSTOMER CARE TECHNICAL TEAM DEPARTMENT :-
1) NOKIA IS REPLACING ALWAYS SERVICED &OLD REPAIRED (IF AVAILABLE IN THEM PREPARING CENTER) MOBILE AGAINST FAULTY MOBILE NEW PURCHASED ITS NOKIA TERMS .
2) CUSTOMER CARE TECHNICAL TEAM DON'T HAVE POWER TO SAY TO WHERE THEY FORWARD WHICH CONCERN DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER COMPLAIN.
3) AFTER CUSTOMER LAST COMPLAIN 72 HOURS THEY DON'T HAVE ANY
LATE TEST UPDATE ON RECORD.N AFTER THAT AGAIN CUSTOMER HAVE TO WAIT KNOW STATUS WAIT FOR 24 HRS.(IS IT POSSIBLE U DIDN'T GET REPLY FROM YOUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT IN 72 HRS U CAN GET WITHIN 24 HRS?)
NOW I M VERY BAD FEELING TO SAY F0R BUYING NOKIA MOBILE WASTING MONEY, WASTING ENERGY AFTER GETTING PROBLEAM & ALLWAYS GO TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTER / CUSTOMER CARE DEPT.
NOTE: CUSTOMER SPENDING MONEY ALLWAYS TO BUY OWN COLOURS CHOICE MOBILE AND COMAPNY IS ALLWAYS MORE COLURS PRODUCT MANUFACTRING FOR GETTING GOOD BUSSINESS
