Worst mobile service

Hi... i having nokia 7210 in the month of may..not even complete one yr having problem... i had serviced in Nokia care -two times, still same problem, hanging, switched off automatically..i want solution for my problem..can they reimbures my amount..i am spending 6000rs..can u pls guide for the following problem.
