After being repaired two times mobile phone, same problem occurred to my cell phone. when I submitted the phone third time executive assured me to replace the handset by company. But there was no replacement of handset, only updation of software done. They took long time for repair & not given me any standby which is company's policy. Now I am facing the same problem again & now I want my phone to be replaced by company by a newer phone.
Hope you will take appropriate action on my complaint.
