Care center not solving problem or is not able to do so

Set No:- 7210 supernova

Dear sir,

We are sorry to inform you that your care center do not care the customer but create wory to them.

I have visited more than 7 times to your care center, they return my set supposing the complaint removed but thier satisfaction failed within 1/2 hr. of operation.

Please suggest me what to do?
