Need replacement

Hello sir/madam

i have took this nokia 7610 supernova mobile handset 8 months back . during this 8 months i had given for 5 times service lot of problems like hanging, display problem, cant hear properly.

if i give it to service center just they will tell software problem again same problem am facing since i had paid more money on this handset please replace me a new handset.
