Dear Sir,
I purchased NOKIA-E-63. Dec. It is within Warranty. The display has become faulty but there is no physical damage. The Nokia Care centre says the Gas has come out. I am confused how it can become like that automatically. They are not agreable to replace the LCD even though it is within warranty. More over the set hangs very often. Software is slow responsive. Can I have a replacement of the set else what should I do then? My cell no 09436120300 and email id [email protected]
