Subject: No Proper service provided by the customer care even when the cell phone is in warranty period.
I bought this Nokia Lumia 710 handset from Dev Sales Maninagar Ahmedabad India.
I have got Nokia Lumia 710 in about mid February and Since the first day there was a problem of phone ie “not getting disconnected leading to extended call timings which increased my phone bills.”
Also I got this Nokia Lumia 710 expecting it to be brand new box pack phone but like the handset is behaving I feel I have bought a second hand used cell phone which is no good.
And also when on a call sometimes the phone used to get disconnected. I gave it to Nokia care since I face this problem for 15-20 days.

Then they gave a shit excuse that it needs software updating and returned the phone to me after 9days.
Now after using for another week, problem faced during the week were that calls disconnected while in conversation and internet error and hence I complained to the dealer, I got a call from Hemant Shinde on 28th April Gujarat / Ahmedabad sales head and he started giving me explainations tht the handset is ok only the there is sim problem and so try this time may be it will work"
Now I was upset yet I was waiting that they will help me instead I ddnt get any call nor from the dealer that is Dev sales Maninagar that the handset is done on 8th May I called Hemant Shinde again for the same issue and told him that is not done if you said the other day that the handset is ok then why ddnt I get the phone back the next day itself and I have to call asking for the phone so I said I want a full refund for the phone so he made me speak to Mr Prakash Rami Nokia Care centre Arihant Com Maninagar and this guy gave me the same stupid excuse that you should try using this phone as it sim problem.
I said I will not buy any of your excuses anymore because everytime you give a new reason for this handset not working.
He ddnt reply anything to me, I think he is not capable enough to be on a position he is right now coz he ddnt have any answer to my issue, he doesn’t care what problem I have to face for not using my phone and using other handset and coping contacts to other phone every other week.
So I want a answer from the Nokia Area Sales Manager, that
“ When you have to make sales you sweet talk people and when it comes to customer services you give this crape services”???
Give me one reason why I should buy Nokia for this crape service and for these kind of arguments.
Im a working women I donot have time to call every other day for my phone and my job is totally dependant on phone calls and emails and messages which I should actually ask for compensation.
"Now the issue is first time it was software problem, this time it is sim problem."
I said" I wanna make it very clear that I have not taken this expensive Handset for experiment if you want to experiment send it to your research department.
So I wanna make it very clear that I wanna refund of this handset.
And also I will advice everyone that never buy NOKIA coz there are smart in selling but they have bullshit customer services.
I have lost trust in Nokia.
I want answer to my question and please issue a refund as I am not interested in using Nokia anymore.
