Hi,

I brought a handset from the nokia priority dealer and he categorically mentioned that if you are having an airtel connection then you have free access to internet for whole one year. And this same thing was repeated by both the customer care people present there.

But later on i released that it was never free and on asking them for classification they have no answer on the contrary they misbehaved with me and my mother. And instead of apologizing that dealer was acting as if we are telling all stories.

I have been using Nokia product since last decade but this kind of treatment has really hurt me.
