Attery replacement

I have given my battery for replacement to nokia service centre unfortunately i have lost the job sheet and given an FIR for the same and handed over to the service centre manager

to my knowledge FIR is enough for him to give me the replacement i had purchased this battery by paying it through credit card

please let me know the procedure to go legal in customer court
